@femicocker -- as we've said before, there is no "French" Zotero forum. There's a French Zotero blog https://zotero.hypotheses.org/ where volunteers provide some support, and they also have a Twitter presence, but for technical support, you'll have to make do with this forum, where you can (as we've also said before) absolutely ask your questions in French, though we'll respond mostly in English (which, if you struggle with, is now reasonably well translated by google translate; that's what we use for posts in languages we don't speak)

A webpage is just one of the many item types supported by Zotero, so asking that is like asking how you cite a journal article or a newspaper article — you just save it and cite it. If you want us to help you, you'll need to take the time to explain, at length, what exactly you're trying to and what you don't understand. We can't help you if you just repeat this short, unclear question over and over.

You should almost never be adding items manually at all, regardless of item type.
