Upgrade Storage"Word cannot communicate with Zotero" error
After trying the following things, I am still getting the same error message when I attempt to add a citation. Any advice is appreciated.
1.) Checked that the Word for Mac extension in Zotero is enabled.
2.) Updated Word to Version 16.16.14
3.) Zotero is version 5.0.74.
4.) Disabled Malwarebytes.
5.) Reinstalled Word components in the "Cite" tab of the Zotero preferences.

Are you not able to upgrade from 10.13 to 10.14 on your current hardware? While Zotero obviously ran on 10.13, we haven't tested it with that in a while. I would expect many more reports if this were a general problem with 10.13, though.
