Zotero connector and Google Chrome

Dear all,

I've tried to import articles from the publisher Wiley by using the Zotero connector on Google Chrome but I wasn't able to import the PDF with the metadata. I managed to import the PDF with ScienceDirect but another colleague told me that it was not working with ScienceDirect or Wiley on his computer. I'm using Windows 10. Could you please help me ?

Thank you very much adamsith for answering me so quickly. Is there also a report on ScienceDirect Elsevier ? On my computer there was no problem, but the autodownloading didn't work for another colleague.

Sciencedirect should generally work; if there's a problem, we'd want to troubleshoot this with the user directly affected.
