Authors and editors
I am not sure if it is possible to have the following setup for author and editor names:
Bodenmann, B.R. and K.W. Axhausen (2015) Modeling the life-cycle of firms and its effect on relocation choice, in R. Hurtubia, M. Bierlaire, P. Waddell and A. De Palma (eds.) Integrated Transport and Land Use Modeling for Sustainable Cities, 201–218, EPFL Press, Lausanne.
Author1, I., I. Author2 and I. Author3 (2015) Title, in I. Editor1, I. Editor2 and I. Editor3 (eds.) Book Title, ...
The problematic point are the initials of Editor1, which is not the same as in Author1. At the moment I have the CSL stylesheet which gives me this result:

I cannot find a solution. Thanks a lot for your help.

name-as-sort-order
is set separately on everynames
element, i.e. author and editor respectively. For what you want (and apa), it would be set to "first" for author and omitted for editor.
