Chrome Extension and Amazon: Not Saving

I have done all the recommendations from restarting Chrome to deinstalling the extension. My brand new mac is still having trouble saving from Amazon. It works perfectly from worldcat and other library pages. How can I fix this? I am building syllabi and it's imperative that I can save from Zotero. In addition, I am running a training on Zotero for our grad school here in Berkeley and it would be hella embarrassing if Zotero doesn't work from Amazon, of all places!
