PDFs not saving to Zotero, using proxy

Hi new user here, I'm hoping to get some help with difficulties I've had saving PDFs of articles via my school's library search engine, I use FireFox browser and I get a notification that the proxy link is set up.

    That Debug ID appear to be for syncing. Can we see a Debug ID (still from Zotero) for a save attempt where the PDF isn't saved?
