When importing from EndNote, the copying file option has the same effect as the link files option

After upgrading to the latest version of Zotero, I found that the copying file option has the same effect as the link file option when I import citations from EndNote. I exported the citations from EndNote using the XML format, and it used to work very well. I could successfully import PDFs to Zotero. But now, only the link to the PDF is shown in Zotero. I suspect that there might be some error in the latest version of Zotero.

    It's working for me if I export a single item + file from Zotero in EndNote XML format and reimport it. That creates a relative path for the internal-pdf:// link. If EndNote exports with an absolute path, it's possible that Zotero always treats that an absolute path is always imported as a linked file.

    In your exported XML file, what's the format of the file path for a given PDF?
