citation and biblography tab is not working in my MS word 2016

add citation and biblography tab is not working my ms word 2016 what should i do?
and my ms word 2016 is trail one.

    But neither "Add citation" nor "Add Biblography" are buttons in Zotero, so I'm asking you to tell us exactly what you see on screen so that we can be sure what you're referring to.

    You should be seeing a "Zotero" tab with "Add/Edit Citation" and "Add/Edit Bibliography" buttons. Is that what you mean?

    Again, Zotero doesn't have anything that says "add citation and biblograpghy". If that's what you mean — and presumably it's not, because you keep typing it differently — it's not the Zotero plugin that you're using.

    Your Debug ID does not show any actions from the Zotero plugin.

    Can you take a screenshot of what you're describing, upload it somewhere (e.g., Dropbox), and provide a link here?

    I don't have dropbox
    when I'm opening word for my work, I click on Zotero in word then its shows options of Zotero in word.
    then its options are not working in ms-word like add citation and other.

    OK — that's what we needed to know. It's very important that you share the exact text that you see on screen when reporting problems.

    Is there a reason you're running Word as an administrator? Have you tried running both Zotero and Word as your regular user account?

    what do you mean by the administrator?
    see I'm writing my research proposal in word and for adding citation I have to add the citation from Zotero.
    and when I'm performing that function, nothing is happening... means citation box is not appearing

    Above, you wrote, "i'm running word as a administrator". What did you mean by that, if not that you were running Word as an administrator?

    If that's what you meant, you should try running Word as a regular user.
