Hello, I am also experiencing difficulties with the refresh button. I have made changes to some article titles on the Zotero Standalone. However, despite me pressing refresh, the changes are not showing up in my bibliography on Word. I have tried to follow this thread to correct the problem, but I have had difficulties understanding what could be causing this and how I can go about fixing the issue.
@llambovitch The first thing to try would be to reinsert the items that are not updating. Make sure you select the item you want to reinsert from the list labeled My Library and not Cited.
It's very strange because it seems to have updated half of the title. The first section of the title before the colon is all capitalized. In the second part of the title (after the colon) only the first word is capitalized (which is how I want the whole citation to be.
This is what is showing after I refresh:
Trottier, K., & MacDonald, D. E. (2017). Update on Psychological Trauma, Other Severe Adverse Experiences and Eating Disorders: State of the research and future research directions. Current Psychiatry Reports, 19(8), 45. https://doi.org/10.1007/s11920-017-0806-6
This is how I want it to look (and how I have edited it to look in the Zotero standalone)

Just checked and it has done this with many of my references. I have a 120 page document, so I am hoping there is something that can be done to automatically fix all of them, instead of me having to do it manually.
We're working on a fix. For now the manual fix would be to correct the capitalization in the Short Title field, but if you can wait, this will likely be fixed in a couple days.

Any idea how to fix this issue?
