Cite them rite - citation error

Hi, I'm using the Cite them right 2010 to insert citations but its inserting the wrong information although the style review shows it correctly. When copying citation from edit menu, pasting into word displays the author and title instead of year of publication. Any suggestions?

    Have you tried just using the Word Addon?

    I can't use that without our tech dept doing it. But its ok I've found out what to do... In the preferences menu, I didn't realise you also have to choose the cite them right format for 'export' as well as under the 'cite' tab.

    (what you have select under "Cite" in the preferences actually has no impact on citations at all. That's just where you install/uninstall citation styles.)
