Error adding citation or bibliography in Word 2011

    I have a similar error when I try to add a citation or a bibliography. To circumvent the problem with adding a citation, I add an end note and then add the citation in the note. Otherwise, it won't work. I haven't found a work around for the bibliography, and I really needed it. I followed your instructions for debugging output logging. Here is my ID:

    Can you reproduce this in a new document? If so, what are the exact steps to reproduce?
