Hi,

I have used up all my 300mb space and deleted my unwanted files to free up space. Now an error has occurred, and I cannot reach my data and still have no space...help?
  • Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that produces an error?

    Then try restarting Zotero and see if it still occurs.
  • Note that the 300 mb only refers to storing attachment files, not your library data (authors, titles, tags, etc.) in Zotero’s cloud. If you don’t want to sync files, you can just disable file syncing from the Sync tab in Zotero preferences, rather than deleting files.
