Error with updating the document

Hi, I'm pretty worried because I'm working on a paper due in a few days and Zotero suddenly can't update the document. I have sent a report, the IDs are 1168356320 and 1342676514.

Any help would be appreciated!

There was a problem with Zotero 5.0.67 and Word 2011. It was fixed in 5.0.67.3, available via "Check for Updates…".

Hi thanks, I've done this and it seems to work for a while, but now I have another error, the ID is 179318354.

You would have to give more details for what caused this bug, but take a look at the debugging broken documents page and see if anything there fixes it.
