Is there a way when moving Zotero+Zotfile from one computer into another, to do a full export-import, _including_ *settings/preferences* from both to Zotero and Zotfile?

Copying over the Zotero data folder only brings over the notes/files, but not the preferences. This is extremely annoying when I have set up the whole system in a very detailed way and now have to do it all over again...
