Disabling HTML grammar(?)
Is there any way to disable HTML tags(I don't know the exact terms..) like "[sub]", "[i]" included in the item name?
See, for e.g., name of the item below:
https://pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ja207455k
is saved as:
Equilibration of Tyrosyl Radicals (Y 356 • , Y [sub]731[/sub] [sup]•[/sup] , Y [sub]730[/sub] [sup]•[/sup] ) in the Radical Propagation Pathway of the Escherichia coli Class Ia Ribonucleotide Reductase
(I've substituted all the <>s with []s. I didn't know that this board supports HTML tags)

[Edit]
According to this thread, you use the title to create the filename, so it might be a problem.
In case tags exists, searching items might be slightly trickier, but I think that's fine if pdfs are appropriately indexed.
Thank you for your kind reply ;-D
