problem of syncing ID 1393835795

I have just installed the new version 5.0.62, but the partaged library could not be synced : some pdf or some references are on zotero.org but syncing is partial on my computer...
Is it a problem with the new version ?

Thank you. I have already checked these 4 solutions, but the problem is elsewhere...
My colleague has created 2 collections in a existing library. Some of the papers are available but not all of them... I have recently installed the lasted version, but I do not change anything... What may I test now ?
