HELP URGENTLY! My chrome add on is not working

My articles are not saving, nor are my references. I click on the add on and it acts as if it is saving the articles and references but it doesnt. I have no idea how long this has been going on for or how many hours I have wasted and where I must restart my research once you fix this.

There is no error message.

What exactly does it say in the popup?

If it says it's saving and is listing the titles of items in the popup, it's almost certainly saving somewhere and you're just looking in the wrong place.

We need literally any Zotero-related text that you see on screen. It sounds like you're saying it says "Saving to [library or collection]" at the top of the popup? Does it list the item being saved below that?

If you prefer, you can take a screenshot, upload it somewhere (e.g., Dropbox), and provide a link here.

Also, can you provide a Debug IDs from both Zotero and the Zotero Connector for a save where you add it to a collection and it doesn't appear? Start debug logging for each, reload the page, try to save, choose a collection from the popup, and submit the debug output.

There is absolutely no zotero text on the screen. It never ever has said that it is saving, it just does without any notification, which is why this is such a drama, I dont know since when this has been happening. When I press save, the same thing that always happens, even when it is working, happens: It opens a list of folders for me to save to. Then the normal process is to select one folder and press enter, then it saves. I do that but it doesnt save. It still acts as if there is no problem when I try save, nothing is different. But when I check Zotero, it hasnt actually saved. It never lists, or almost never does, the item being saved.

These two sentences are directly contradictory. If you're seeing a list of folders, you're seeing text. So I still don't know what you're describing. You've also only provided a Debug ID from Zotero, not the Zotero Connector, and it doesn't show any activity.

Can you take a screenshot that shows what you're describing, upload it somewhere (e.g., Dropbox), and provide a link here?
