We're working on a fix for this, but it looks like s=gateway in the URL currently breaks this for reasons we're not yet sure about.

Can you provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for loading the URL that adamsmith provided, letting the page fully load, and not still getting the gray icon?

Restarted Zotero and Firefox - now it works without the s=gateway. Thanks!
