I don’t onow what i can do i tried to delete and install it again but the same problem appeared !!!!! It was working on the same file before but now in new pages it didn’t work

adomasven Zotero TeamHave you tried restarting your computer? Does it work in a new document after a restart?

AmrHemedaIt worked in a new document and at the same document but in the above pages I was have old version on my email I downloaded it agian and start working on it .....it worked many times then this appeared and word file closed by forcing and recovery file born and the same time I don’t know what i can do ??? Is it a virus or what but I downloaded on another pc and did the same error i think the problem from the word
