Style Error: [Climate Dynamics]
According to the Instructions for Authors (accessible from https://www.springer.com/earth+sciences+and+geography/geophysics/journal/382), the citation is now using "https://doi.org/" instead of "doi:"
Article by DOI
Slifka MK, Whitton JL (2000) Clinical implications of dysregulated cytokine production. J Mol Med. https://doi.org/10.1007/s001090000086
This style is linked to the parent style [springer-basic-author-date].

According to the page linked above, "Publications of exactly the same author(s) must be ordered chronologically." This works when the publications are cited together:
(Author 1931, 1943, 1948)
But fails with separated citations:
(Author 1948)
(Author 1931)
(Author 1943)
All Springer styles have just been updated to the new DOI format where necessary.
