loading errors

Hello.
When I run a zotero standalone, only the message 'loading items...' appears and does not work.
How can I solve this problem?
  • Maybe providing Zotero version, type of OS, number of items and so on might help. You can edit your message to include this information.
  • We'd want a Report ID to start.
  • I tried to repair the database with the DB Repair Tool. and I success.

  • If you have your data directory in a cloud storage folder (which is the most likely cause of database corruption), be sure to move it to your local disk.
