loading errors

Hello.
When I run a zotero standalone, only the message 'loading items...' appears and does not work.
How can I solve this problem?

    Maybe providing Zotero version, type of OS, number of items and so on might help. You can edit your message to include this information.

    If you have your data directory in a cloud storage folder (which is the most likely cause of database corruption), be sure to move it to your local disk.
