You actually can change the keyboard shortcut in Chrome by selecting "Keyboard shortcuts" from the (very easy to miss) menu in the top left of the extensions pane, or by going to chrome://extensions/shortcuts in the address bar.
@adomasven, @dstillman - I have a problem with the keyboard shortcut for the GDocs extension: ctrl-cmd-C is also used in "next comment" (ctrl-cmd-N ctrl-cmd-C).
Is it possible to change/customise the ctrl-cmd-C binding?
In case anybody is wondering for Chrome: Go to your extensions in Chrome, then the Zotero extension, then Extension options, then Advanced > Google Docs integration. Change keyboard shortcut and reload any open google docs for this to take effect.
It doesn't seem to be possible to disable the shortcut (without disabling google docs integration), but it is possible to adjust it now - thank you so much!
Firefox doesn't yet allow this to be customized.
