Moving references from Refworks to Zotero

I am trying to move about 2800 references from Refworks to Zotero and it is not working. I cannot find detailed instructions on how to export and import references. Can anyone please give me detailed information on how to do this. I am not very tech saavy so please keep it simple. Thanks!

    Can you export your RefWorks library in RIS format? If so, export your library in that format and import it into Zotero. If you have organized your REfWorks library into folders that organization structure will not transfer into Zotero but all of your records should transfer.

    You won't be able to get your attached files out of RefWorks, unfortunately. For the rest, while RIS is an option, Zotero actually supports RefWorks own "tagged" format, so I'd recommend that.
    What DWL says about folders still applies, though.
