Library gone when I open Zotero on my computer

Hi,

My entire librairy is gone. When I open Zotero on my computer, I only get an error message telling me to go to "help" and then to this forum with an ID.
It's 19968373776. On my Zotero account on web, the library has also disappeared...

That's not a valid Report ID. Can you try again?

You've never synced from the account you're currently logged into, so there wouldn't be any data online.

Hi thanks for your answer,

I did it again, my new ID is 1819439194.
The application doesn't work at all. When I try to open it, I have a error message from Zotero. I try to uninstall and install but always the same problem.

database disk image is malformed

Your database is corrupted. This usually happens when you have your Zotero data directory in Dropbox or another cloud storage folder.

You can try recovering it using the DB Repair Tool. Otherwise you'll need to restore from a backup.
