Error ID 1995719260: [JavaScript Error: "Download request 1/W3M4DCQI failed"]

Files fail to sync to local computer, but they are on the Zotero server. The linked file cannot open on the local computer. I have reset sync and uninstalled/reinstalled Zotero with no success.

    I also converted the user account to administrator privileges prior to install and re-sync.

    Uninstalling zotero once again and then searching for and deleting all zotero folders from user folders seems to have fixed this.
