Upgrade StorageWord not working
I run version => 5.0.60, platform => Win32, oscpu => Windows NT 6.1; WOW64, locale => da-DK, appName => Zotero, appVersion => 5.0.60, extensions => Zotero
Zotero dosent even start up in word! I can import to the libery etc. butu as it does not start up in word I cannot make any references.
Have trawled throug your trouble site/forum and de/re-installed several times, have installed pluginns, for word/firefox shifted location of zotero to windows start etc. but nothings seems to work.
Contacted tect guy's at our department and they say it is a recurring problem with zotero's word integration every time there is an updat in word and recommend shifting to other programs such as mendeley.
But I would really like to stay onboard so I hope you can help

Let us know exactly what you tried and what happened at each step.
Also, what exact version of Word is this? There's no general problem with Word updates, and Zotero should work fine with the latest version.
When ever I start up word all I get is a Warning :Macros deactivated 'do you whis to activate contet? -> Y -> nothing happens and no Zotero toobar appears.
I think I have tried all yor troubl hins
E.g. does Zotero.dotm show up and is checked under Word Add-ins?
Tried to de-re install several times also tried the following:
Go into Zotero → Tools → Add-ons and make sure that Zotero Word for Windows Integration is enabled. If it is disabled, enable it and restart Word.
Go into Zotero Preferences → Cite → Word Processors and click “Install Word for Windows Add-in”. Restart Word.
also tried manual installation but unsure if i did it correctly
