Zotero will not save pdfs from Chrome. I am on my school's library system.

Zotero and zotero connector seem to not be working appropriately. I can't save pdfs. The link on the toolbar doesn't work. Right-clicking and attempting to save, doesn't work. Zotero used to work so well. This is totally frustrating-here is my Debug ID D678113707

    Can you save the Bitcoin PDF?

    Could we see a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for loading and then trying to save a PDF unsuccessfully?

    yes, I can save the bitcoin pdf...I can't pull from EBSCO, SCienceDirect from my school's library website

    I wasn't asking for the same Debug ID — that one doesn't cover what I ask for. Please read the instructions carefully.

    If the Bitcoin PDF works, there's likely a problem with your network connection or proxy, so we'd also want to see a Debug ID from the Zotero application.
