IEEE translator missed the place and publisher of a proceeding

In addtion to the abbreviated author names (https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/75184/ieee-translator-can-only-extract-abbreviated-author-names#latest), it seems that IEEE translator also missed the place and publisher of a proceeding.

    Yes, same issue -- they´re not in the citation data from IEEE. It'd be much better if they could fix this, but otherwise we can look at scraping from the page.

    I submitted the issue to the support team of IEEE and wait for their response.
