Problem inserting a citation / corruption issue?

I am reasonably new to Zotero. A problem developed yesterday and I cannot include a particular citation. I have been through the steps in the troubleshooting section but nothing has resolved the issue. The citation was inserted in a part of the document that had a comment associated with the text.

I am using Windows 10 with the latest version of Zotero. The error code for this is 1917098162.

    To update, I have been working on debugging the document using the field codes and it seems that every reference in sequence after a certain point is problematic i.e.

    at array citationsPost index 107, from citation at document position 0"

    You should use step 8 of the broken documents debugging instructions to debug this.

    OK, thanks but I tried this, as indicated in the original post. The issue seemed to be a temporary glitch and appeared to resolve itself. Thank you.
