Your WebDAV server returned an HTTP 0 error for the PUT request.

when i use my chrome to save the paper of scholar.google, to use "zotero connector", some paper can save the attachments, and the others can't save , and it will say" Your WebDAV server returned an HTTP 0 error for the PUT request..."
As in the following paragraph:
[Your WebDAV server returned an HTTP 0 error for the PUT request.

If you receive this message frequently, check your WebDAV server settings or contact the administrator of the WebDAV server.

so ,
I would like to ask how to solve this problem. thanks.
  • Saving from the browser is completely unrelated to syncing, though if something is breaking secure connections from the Zotero program then both attachment downloads and WebDAV syncing would fail.

This could be due to a firewall blocking certain connections or something trying to intercept your HTTPS requests. See SSL Certificate Error for an explanation of the latter, and check the site certificate info for https://dav.jianguoyun.com from your browser, which should show as verified by COMODO

dstillman,Thank you very much for solving my problem.
    best wish for you.
  • I also use jianguoyun, and have the same problem.

In, "Edit"->"Preferences"->"Sync", when I click "Verify Server" button, it replies "File sync is successfully set up."
But I get the same problem when sync the files.

    My Report ID is 234415297
  • Something — security software, firewall, etc. — is blocking or interrupting some of your WebDAV requests. That's a problem outside of Zotero that you'll need to debug. There's nothing we can do about it.
  • dstillman, Thanks for your reply.
There may be some problems between the campus network and the WebDAV server.
