@stavrost -- if import from an individual item page doesn't work, this seems unlikely to be the same issue. Could we get
a) a permalink
b) a debug ID (different from a report ID) from the Firefox connector for trying to save https://www.zotero.org/support/debug_output#zotero_connectors_firefox_chrome_and_safari

@stravrost: Update to version 5.0.51 of the Zotero Connector and try again.
