Upgrade Storageprint bibliography from API setting language

When publishing a change to http://www.zotero.org/styles/hiob-ludolf-centre-for-ethiopian-studies I have removed default-locale to allow use of german as well as en-UK which I have specified in the locale.
Now however all calls to the API we are using return en-US and I cannot reset them to behave as before. Do I need to propose another style with the default-locale and change my requests to point to that or can I use a parameter as discussed here? I did not find it in the API documentation.
