Cant see the comtentes in my files

When I opened the Zotero, I couldn't see the contents in my files, and it showed that there's something wrong and asked me to copy the ID:194688552 to the discussion. Can anyone help me to deal with this problem? By the way, recently there were always some" .tmp" icons on my table and I deleted all of them, maybe it may have some connections with my problem?? Anyway, Thanks a lot!

    Do you have your Zotero data directory in the default location, or is it somewhere else (external drive, cloud storage folder, etc.)? If the latter, move it to the default location.

    If it's in the default location, restart your computer and try again. Security software on your computer could potentially also be interfering.

    I installed the Zotero again and moved Zotero data to another location. It really works! Thanks a lot!
