Inabilty to create a new account in Zotero

Hello,
I want to create a new account in Zotero, but when I fill in the form and click on Register, it appears this message "Error processing registration".

If I click again on the Register button it appears a new error message "Failed verifying recaptcha".

I used both Firefox and Chrome.
Can you help me?

    This was happening for certain situations giving an unclear error when the email you were trying to register with was already associated with a different account. That should generally give the correct error now, but it's possible there are still edge cases we missed. Can you email registration@zotero.org with the username and email address you're trying to register?

    Yes, you are right!
    I add the email as a second email address in another account.
    I deleted the email from there and everything worked right!
