Hi,

I don't manage to get Zotero working:
OpenSuse
LibreOffice 5.1.5.2
Firefox 50
Zotero 4.0.29.16
Zotero LibreOffice integration 3.5.12

while trying to indert a citation I get the following error message:

Where's my mistake?
thx,
Karl
  • And is that in a fresh document? If so -- we have received a lot of reports of LO 5.1 not working correctly with Zotero in Linux. Update to the current 5.2 version.
  • Hi,

    updating solved the problem.

    thx a lot,
    Karl
  • Hi,

I'm getting the same error. I can't make the odf option appear in the newer versions of Zotero and, by experimenting, came to the following combination
    Zotero 0.55
    Plugin v2.0.35 final
    Older version of Libreoffice - 6.0.7 - win64
that was the only one that worked about a week ago. But now, I can't get past "set document preferences" in ODF. I also tried to update LO but got the same.

    Thank you in advance!
    Khrystyna

  • I guess the question would be if this actually has anything to do with the Zotero _or_ ODF scan version or if it's just the older LibreOffice version. Have you actually tried different combination -- e.g. the same LibreOffice does not work with Zotero 5.0.55 and the most recent version of the add-on etc.
