Zotero disappeared from my Windows 10 document

Hello,
I have been using Zotero regularly and it just disappeared from my document menu. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and have been unable to fix it. Any suggestions?

I tried everything in the link you suggested - I also tried deleting the link in Config. editor as was suggested for another user. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Zotero. I have several documents with the citation in them, which they are still there and appear 'grey' in the text and in the works cited section, but there is no zotero in my word document. I have ensured that both word processors are installed and have reinstalled them both...please help

Thank-you very much! I had to do the manual installation. The direction was greatly appreciated - I am not tech savvy!
