Integration with texture editor

Texture ( http://substance.io/texture/ ) is a word processor for structured content based on http://substance.io framework.

It's prefect for scientific article, and if fact it was made for that. It's also open-source.

I ask them https://github.com/substance/texture/issues/983 to integrate Zotero.

It's still in beta, so perhaps it's the right time to ask for API change so Zotero can integrate smoothly. They do have their own references picker, but it would be cool to be able to import (and update!) references directly from zotero in a texture doc.
  • Install the BetterBibTeX plugin to automatically generate citekey citations to place in your document and automatically export a CSL-JSON file to import into texture when you are finished writing.
