"Word could not communicate with Zotero ..."

Hello,
I am having communication problems between Zotero 5.0.56 and Word 16.16.2. In Word, when I want to add a quote to a document, I get the following message: "Word can not communicate with Zotero.Please ensure that Zotero is open and try again". Obviously, Zotero is open and I've tried again.
I have already tried many resolutions found on the forum but nothing works. Do you have any ideas ?

    This is Word for Mac?

    If you go to Tools → Add-ons → Extensions in Zotero, does the Mac Word plugin show up, and is it enabled?

    If it doesn't show up, make sure you're not starting Zotero from a disk image (though Zotero 5.0.56 should warn you at startup when that's the case).

    No, it says "Zotero Word for Mac Integration is incompatible with Zotero 5.0.56" and the addon is disabled.

    You have an old version designed for Firefox of the plugin installed. Zotero comes bundled with Word plugins. Remove that one and restart Zotero, which will restore the correct plugin and allow you to use Zotero with Word.
