How to "collapse" autors in bibliography

Is it possible to create a bibliography in this format:
Autor 1, Autor 2, Autor 3, ... Autor last, other parts of bibliography
For example journal Sustainable Development (https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/page/journal/10991719/homepage/forauthors.html) need it:
Example of reference with more than 7 authors

    Yes, with the et-al-use-last="true" argument. Take a look at the bibliography section in apa.csl for an example.
