saw a red danger sign close to the sync button..clicked on it and followed the steps and here we are! the discussion title is the problem report ID. Thank you.
  • Upgrade to Zotero 5.0.56 via Help → "Check for Updates…" and see if it still happens. If so, a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for Zotero startup through the error using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option would be helpful.
