Save to Zotero not working

My Zotero connector on chrome works but only intermittently - for the majority of articles/webpages (including some Jstor) the icon is greyed out and when I right click and choose 'save to Zotero > webpage with snapshot) nothing happens. This is also the case with all images.

Any help much appreciated.
