Integration Error

Can anyone give me an hints about this error please?

Zotero experienced an error updating your document.

The operation couldn't be completed. (OSStatus error -600.) @[getDocument:application.m:83]

I am working on a Mac OS X El Captian 10.11.6 and Word 15.33.

It worked fine last time I used it.

Specifically, when I try to add a reference within Word, I get this error.

Start by updating Word to the most recent version

And in Zotero Preferences -> Cite -> Word Processors reinstall the word plugin for good measure.

I am getting this message as well:

"Zotero experienced an error updating your document. The operation couldn't be completed. (OSStatus error -1743.) @[getDocument:application.m:83]"

I am running Word 16.17. I have reinstalled Zotero and the Word plug. And I'm still getting the problem. Unfortunately, it's coming at the worst time—as I finish my final revisions for my book after 6 years of writing. Ugh.

Try to delete the bibliography from the end of your document and re-insert it. Does that fix the issue?

I don't have a bibliography at the end of the document. It does the same thing for new docs as well. I did upgrade to Mojave if that matters.
