Error reading: (OSStatus error-1728) @ SetTextRaw:field.m:468
Have Zotero 5.0 and word 2011. Use ribbon icon to create citations. When icon is clicked and 'create citation' is selected, the above error occurs.

I am so technically uneducated that I do not know what "debugging broken documents" steps means or requires. Could you break the steps down. It would be greatly appreciated.
