Hi,

I have a large number of items in my library as the result of mass imports from various databases, for a systematic review. The items are in an 'import' collection, and the items that I want to keep are also in other collections, e.g. a 'longlist' collection, and a 'shortlist' collection. I now want to delete all the items that are irrelevant, which only appear in the 'import' collection.

I have tested doing this by creating a new collection X, adding an item, copying this item to another collection Y, and then using the 'delete collection and items' option to delete collection X. But this appears to delete the item from collection Y too.

Is there a way to delete collections and items, but not delete items that appear in other collections?
