I suggest a short cut for Blockquote in notes.

Would you make a short cut for Blockquote in notes like Ctrl+B for bold?
I think Ctrl+Q is a good combination.

Notes are handled by software Zotero uses called TinyMCE, so most requests for changes in notes are not taken up here.
