Upgrade StorageAttached file could not be found. It may have been moved or deleted
Hi,
We are using our own webdav to store attachments, I read the note in https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing, and verify that the .prop and .zip files are located on the our server and we did all the checkups.
On the user's standalone interfaz appears the hyperlink for the file, but when the user tries to consult the attachment display message "Attached file could not be found...".
The failure also occurs when a document is uploaded from the internet and synchronized with the pc user's.

Steps:
Upload file in standalone >>> Sync >>query Internet (fail to open attach file).
Upload another file in Internet >> goto standalone PC Zotero >>> SYNC >> query for file (fail to open attach file)

dstillman Zotero TeamYou're getting a 404 for the HUMXCSSF.prop file that corresponds with the file you're trying to open. So either files aren't being properly uploaded on the other computer or, if you see that file on your server, the server is misconfigured and isn't serving .prop files properly.
