Shifting a group library from one person to another?

Does anyone know if it's possible to shift a library from one person's account to another? I have a library that was set up by an RA but she no longer works on the project and it's run out of storage space on her account so i'd like to move it to my account which has more storage. Any suggestions?

    The group owner has a "Transfer Ownership" option under group settings (in some screens referred to as "Manage Profile") on this page. The new owner needs to accept before the transfer is completed.
