Saving from JSTOR

I always get an error message on Zotero that won't allow me to save a journal article in JSTOR. Any ideas how to fix this?

    Could you provide specific URL where it fails? JSTOR does not appear to be saving snapshots for me, but I am not seeing any error messages.
