Upgrade StorageWord plugin not there - 1987890805
I've started using Zotero (Standalone 5.0.55) and installed the Word plugin as instructed and I get a confirmation message saying that installation was successful yet I see no sign of the Zotero tab in Word.
I have read the section on toolbar troubleshooting (here: https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting) but none of those issues were true for me.
I have restarted my laptop but this has not helped either. I have tried reinstalling too, to no avail.
What can I do to fix this?
