Old versions?
Hi everyone, I'm just wondering if there's a place I can download an older version of Zotero and the plugin for Word? My university is still using Firefox 10, so it's no longer compatible, and god knows when they'll get around to updating the system.
I found an old version of Zotero at the Firefox plugins site, but I can't find an older version of the Word plugin. Can anyone help me out?

e.g. the 3.0.11 version of the FF plugin is at
http://download.zotero.org/extension/zotero-3.0.11.xpi
Same for the Word plugin. E.g. the WInword 3.1.1 plugin is at

I don't know where the list of versions is, though.
All that said, you really need to get on your schools back about updating Firefox. Running outdated Firefox versions like FF 10 is a security risk both for you individually and for the internet at large - I'm not sure why your IT folks would be keen to end up as a giant bot-net with a T1 internet connection... Refusing to update browser software is the cyber-equivalent of not repairing lighting on campus. They're setting people up to get mugged.
Firefox has an extended support (ESR) release - currently FF 17 ESR - that's supported for longer intervals and intended especially for institutions who don't want to update as frequently as regular Firefox does. All current Zotero software runs on FF 17.
And yeah, the IT department is extremely inefficient. They only put 7 on the library computers sometime last year...
